Energy Rating Consulting has supplied energy efficiency assessments for over 21 years and continues to do so with the knowledge and experience that is required to assess all types of buildings, a strong understanding of construction practices and materials allows us to demonstrate the multitude of alternative solutions that are available.

Pioneering energy efficiency assessments since 2000, Ian possesses a wealth of experience in the field.
As a BDAV accredited assessor (No VIC/BDAV/17/1829), Ian brings a recognised level of expertise and adherence to industry standards.
Specialising in multi-residential construction, Ian combines a deep understanding of energy efficiency with a focus on complex and innovative projects.
With a QBCC license earned in 1991, Ian brings over three decades of licensed building experience, ensuring a holistic and informed approach to energy efficiency in construction.
Ian has been a Household Sustainability Assessor since 2008, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to promoting sustainability at the individual and household levels.
